Buell have aimed their Ulysses directly at the GS and other big off-road bikes, and I must say, for a first attempt, it's not bad at all. In fact I'd say the 1200 Ulysses is bloody good. A different ride experience entirely, a different angle, I was able to ride the XB12X all day without any sweat or sore butt. It's equally at home on dirt or tar and comfortable too. More to follow
Brakes were very good, front and rear.
Not the Paris to Dakar... but the fun side of life nonetheless.
Anything over 170 kph and the wind-blast was too much to take a decent photo.
