20th annual

IRON HORSE

 

Friday 21 November: We met for breakfast at the Middelburg Ultra City from 9.30am. Depart 10.30am.

 Second stop: Turning off at Belfast, ride to Dullstroom where we’ll stop for fuel and something to drink, then we ride to Lydenburg, over Long Tom Pass to Sabie.

 Third stop: Woodsman Restaurant in Sabie for a drink and then we ride to Hazyview and up Kowyn’s Pass to Graskop.

 Forth stop: Hotel in Graskop where we'll be sleeping and which we'll use as our base for the weekend.

Arrive, book in and if the weather's lekker, we'll go for a quick ride somewhere.

 

Saturday 22 November: After breakfast we mount our steeds and ride to Sabie and halfway down to Hazyview, where we've planned a quad ride through the forests and waterfalls, afterwards we ride back to the Woodsman for luch and then head back to Graskop.

 

Sunday 23 November: We don our helmets, mount our Iron Horses and head for home.
