Features unique Suzuki Advanced Cooling System (SACS), which enhances air cooling with a separate high-volume flow of oil though the cylinder head and a large oil cooler.

Suzuki's lightweight Pulsed-secondary Air-injection (PAIR) system, injects filtered, fresh air in to the exhaust ports to reduce unburned hydrocarbons.

Bandit 1200 models meet Euro 2 and Tier 1 emissions standards.

Fairing developed in wind tunnel to enhance wind protection for both the rider and passenger.
